Two seniors-to-be showed their power Thursday night at the Idaho football team's annual Night of Champions, which annually marks the end of winter conditioning and raises food for the Moscow Food Bank.

Defensive tackle Jonah Sataraka bench pressed 445 pounds and added a set of 30 bench reps at 225 pounds to lead both categories. Linebacker Jo Jo Dickson power cleaned 389 to edge his teammates in that lift. Offensive lineman Clell Hasenbank benched 400 pounds, while Maurice Shaw had the third best mark at 325.

Here are the power clean lifts: Dickson 389, Marshall Pirtz 367, John McKinley 360, Tre`Shawn Robinson 352, Derek Wieting 343, Fono Sekona 330, Andre Ferguson 330, Preston Davis 328, Maurice Shaw 308, Tyler Brooks 308. 

Here are the bench press reps (225 pounds): Sataraka 30, Aaron Lavarias 23, Tyrone Novikoff 23, Bilal Liggins 23, Michael Cosgrove 20, Princeton McCarty 20, Deonte Jackson 17, Isaac Butts 14.

Spring practice begins March 25 with sessions also March 26, March 27. The continue weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with the annual Silver and Gold game April 23.
