2012 Outdoor: Midles was an NCAA qualifier in the hammer throw for a third consecutive year as a senior … finished 34th in the hammer at the NCAA West Preliminary with a mark of 182-11 (55.76m) … battled a back injury much of the season, but still posted a season-best 190-10 (58.18m) and finished second in the hammer at the WAC Outdoor Championships for her third-consecutive First-Team All-WAC honor in the event … posted five individual victories in the hammer during the season, including back-to-back wins at the Duane Hartman Invitational (183-10) on April 28 and the Vandal Jamboree (177-7) on April 4 … Spring WAC All-Academic honoree.

2012 Indoor: Midles was a Second-Team All-WAC honoree in the weight throw as a senior … finished sixth in the weight throw at the WAC Indoor Championships with a mark of 57-0 (17.37m) … posted three individual victories in the weight throw during the season … won the event at the WSU Open on Jan. 13 with a toss of 54-7.5 (16.65m), then hit 56-10.75 (17.34m) to win the Idaho Indoor Open and 56-3.75 (17.16m) to claim victory at the UW Open on Feb. 12 … Winter WAC All-Academic honoree.

2011 Outdoor: Midles successfully defended her WAC hammer throw crown and was an NCAA qualifier for the second year in a row as a junior … posted four individual victories in the hammer in 2011, including a 192-11 (58.80m) at the WAC Championships for her second-consecutive crown in the event … broke her own school record with a toss of 194-6 (59.29m) at the Sam Adams Classic on Apr. 2 … finished 19th at the NCAA West Preliminary with a throw of 184-0 (56.08m) … also won the hammer throw at the WAR IV dual and the Cougar Invitational … WAC Spring All-Academic honoree.

2011 Indoor: Midles earned first-team all-WAC honors for a second year in a row in the 20-lb. weight throw ... took third at the WAC Indoor Championships in the event with a toss of 57-2.75 (17.44m) ... won the weight throw at the Cougar Indoor on Jan. 22 with a season-best heave of 57-7 (17.55m) ... also broke the 57-foot barrier on Jan. 29, with a 57-1 (17.40m) in a seventh-place finish at the UW Invitational.

2010 Indoor: Midles earned first-team all-WAC honors with a runner-up finish in the 20-lb. weight throw at the WAC Indoor Championships with a career-best toss of 58-6 (17.83m). She took sixth overall in the weight throw out of 35 competitors at the Husky Classic with a toss of 55-10.5 (17.03m).

2010 Outdoor: Midles claimed her first career WAC title in 2010 with a school-record throw of 193-4 (58.92m) in the hammer throw at the WAC Outdoor Championships. She won the competition by a 15-foot margin. She became the first Idaho woman to qualify for the NCAA Championships in the hammer throw after taking ninth at the NCAA Preliminary Round with a throw of 188-6 (57.46m). She was Idaho's highest finisher at the NCAA Championships with a 16th-place finish on a throw of 185-1 (56.42m). She was honored as WAC Field Athlete of the Week on consecutive weekends for April 5-11 and April 12-18 after posting WAC-leading and school-record marks, respectively, in the hammer throw.

2008: Midles made a huge impact in her freshman season, as she qualified for the NCAA Regional meet in the hammer throw and finished 18th. She hit a personal-best 56.81m (186-5) in the hammer at the Vs. Athletics Beach Invitational and moved into second all-time at Idaho in the event. She finished seventh in the hammer at the WAC Outdoor Championships. She redshirted the indoor season. At the conclusion of the season, she was honored as a USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Team selection.

Personal: She is the daughter of Henry and Laurie Midles. She was born June 17, 1989 at Portland, Ore. She has two sisters, Madeleine and Sophia, and one brother, Henry, Jr. She is part of a family hammer throw tradition, as cousins Zack (Washington) and Adam (USC), uncle Dwight (Washington State) and father Henry (Central Washington) all competed in the hammer throw at the collegiate level. Her major at Idaho is Art Education. She was a two-time Washington state champion in the hammer throw, as well as the Washington state and national youth record holder in the event. She was also a high school All-American at Camas High School.
