2012 Outdoor: Rouse earned her first career NCAA bid and First-Team All-WAC honor as a junior … finished 35th in the javelin throw at the NCAA West Preliminary with a mark of 136-6 (41.62m) … took third at the WAC Outdoor Championships in the javelin with a career-best mark of 147-7 (44.98m), which ranks sixth all-time at Idaho … won the javelin throw at the Duane Hartman Invitational on April 28 with a mark of 147-0 (44.81m) … hit 145-8 (44.40m) in the javelin to finish second at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge on April 14 … also competed in the hammer during the season and posted a best of 144-0 (43.89m) in a ninth-place finish at the WAR V dual meet on April 7 … Spring WAC All-Academic honoree.

2012 Indoor: Rouse suffered a hand injury and did not compete indoors.

2011: Rouse redshirted the 2011 indoor and outdoor seasons.

2010 Indoor: Rouse finished 10th in the pentathlon at the WAC Indoor Championships with a score of 3.119. She set a career best of 17-9.5 (5.42m) in the long jump at the Husky Classic and 9.40 in the 60m hurdles at the WAC Championships.

2010 Outdoor: Rouse scored a career-best 4,649 in the heptathlon and took sixth place at the WAC Outdoor Championships to earn second-team all-WAC honors for the second year in a row in the event. She set career bests of 15.22 in the 100m hurdles and 2:35.02 in the 800m at the competition. She also scored one point in the javelin with a career-best throw of 131-11 (40.31m).

High School: Rouse had an outstanding high school career at Orofino High School ... Won 11 Idaho 2A state titles from 2005-08 ... Won three state titles as a senior in 2008, with state meet records in the 100m (12.37) and the 200m (25.22), as well as an individual title in the shot put (42-11) and a runner-up finish in the discus (115-4) ... Her 100m, 200m, shot put and discus marks were the best in the state of Idaho in 2008, regardless of division ...
