2012-2013: Played in all five tournaments ... best outing was a tie for 13th at the WSU Cougar Cup, where she had her best tournament score (seven-under 223) and best single-round score (72) ... had 13 successive rounds of 79 or better.
High school/junior: First-team all-Wesco choice throughout high school .. league’s Most Valuable Player honor as a junior after winning the league’s divisional title and finishing third at the state championship tournament. She qualified for the state tournament throughout her high school career. As a junior, she was the medalist in five of six high school tournaments and was her team’s MVP as well as an Everett Herald Athlete of the Week. Additionally, McKinley was the runner-up in the 2011 Seattle Junior Open and was the medalist of the 12-team Whidbey Shootout. She also competed in basketball, soccer and volleyball, and excels in the classroom (three years in the honors math program).
