MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho volleyball team will make the trip over to Seattle to face Seattle U  on Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. in its lone match of the week. Both teams enter with 3-2 records in the Western Athletic Conference, although Idaho is 10-7 overall while Seattle is 6-14 in 2013.

Idaho leads the all-time series against Seattle U 4-2, including two wins against the Redhawks in 2012, Seattle’s first year of WAC competition.

The Redhawks played 17 of their first 20 matches of 2013 on the road and endured an 11-match losing streak during that time, but enter the week having won three of their last five matches overall.

Idaho junior Alyssa Schultz leads the WAC with a .389 hitting percentage, while sophomore setter Meredith Coba’s 10.15 assists per set also lead the league.
