• To represent the University of Idaho varsity athletic programs on campus and in the community through leadership and excellence.
• To build relationships by providing reliable contact and liaison between the University of Idaho Athletic Department and the varsity athletic teams that represent the University of Idaho, as well as the rest of the student body, faculty and staff, and community

What is SAAC?
The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is made up of two representatives from each sport. We meet one Monday evening per month to discuss topics that will help improve the Idaho student-athlete experience. Topics of discussion include current NCAA Legislation, community service opportunities, and events for Idaho student-athletes. We are the voice of the student-athlete from the institutional level to the national level.
