Kaitlyn Oster, who will be a freshman on the University of Idaho women's golf team in the fall, advanced to the quarterfinal round of the 102nd Women's Oregon Amateur Golf Championship at Waverly Country Club. Oster won 1-up over Kayla Reide after advancing to the round of 16 with a 6 and 5 victory. She earned her position in the match play portion of the tournament after tying for 20th in the medal play rounds.
