MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho men’s tennis team ended its regular season with a 7-0 Senior Day win against LCSC on Saturday in Moscow.

“It’s great to send our seniors out with a win,” Idaho coach Jeff Beaman said. “If we can compete with a high level of focus and the right mentality, we can continue to achieve good results as we head into the conference tournament.”

The Vandals improve to 9-13 on the season with their second consecutive win, and will head to Las Cruces, N.M. for the Western Athletic Conference tournament Apr. 25-27.

The Vandals swept through the doubles point and won straight-set matches in five of the six singles victories. Senior Jose Bendeck needed a third-set tiebreak to win his No. 1 singles match 5-7, 7-5, 1-0(4).
