Vandal radio network expands

Idaho Vandals Sports Properties and Learfield Sports, the multi-media rights holders for University of Idaho Athletics, have finalized a three-year agreement with Pacific Empire Communications to bring increased radio coverage of Vandal Men's basketball to the Lewiston-Clarkston area. KCLK 94.1 FM will become a Vandal Radio Network affiliate for all men's basketball games starting Friday Nov. 13th when Idaho opens its season at Utah. KCLK-FM is a 100k watt station that covers Lewiston as well as many surrounding communities.

Idaho's Saturday football game at Boise State as well as the Vandals' regular-season finale against Utah State on Nov. 28 will be on KOZE 950-AM in Lewiston.

KCLK 1430-AM will air all of the Vandal Coaches Shows beginning Tuesday January 5th. During the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons, KCLK-FM will be the home of Idaho Vandals Football and Men's Basketball in the Lewiston-Clarkston area. The Coach's Show will air on KCLK-AM for the duration of the contract.

All Vandal football games can also be heard in the Moscow-Pullman area on ZFUN 106.1 FM, Vandal men's basketball games and coaches shows on KRPL 1400-AM, and Vandal women's WAC home and away games on KMAX 840-AM.
