The Idaho Swim and Dive team completed the last day of the Houston Invitational today and finished second with a team score of 653. The Vandals improved from last year when they placed 9th overall.

Junior swimmer Erica Anderson broke another school record today in the 200 breast with a time of 2:17.05. She placed third in the finals of that event.

Junior Rachel Millet had another good day placing 4th in the 200 back with a time of 2:00.19 and 3rd in the 100 free with a time of 50.30. Sophomore Jamie Sterbis placed 2nd in the 200 fly with a time of 2:00.58.

The Vandals had a great day diving as Senior Paige Hunt placed 2nd with a score of 202.80 and Senior Mairin Jameson placed 5th with a score of 174.80.

The Vandals will have a little time to rest next week as they prepare for the following week where the team will compete in the Husky Invitational in Seattle, Wash. December 5th through the 7th.
