Honors: 2009, 2010 Governor's Cup All-Tournament Team, two-time WAC All-Academic

2011: San played in six games with four starts in 2011 as a junior … earned her first start of the season on Idaho’s back line on Aug. 28 at Portland State … earned starts in each of Idaho’s Governor’s Cup victories, first a 4-1 margin over Idaho State on Sept. 2 and then a 3-2 win over Montana on Sept. 4.

2010: San started 17 games, primarily at center back, before sustaining a season-ending leg injury at Utah State. She earned Governor's Cup All-Tournament Team honors after helping the Vandals to a 2-0 record at the tournament. Her teammates voted her Players' Player of the Match three times during the season. She attempted one shot in the 2-1 overtime win over Weber State. She also helped lead an Idaho back line that held opponents to all-time low totals of 20 goals, 15 assists and 55 points during the regular season.

2009: San appeared in 17 games for Idaho and started eight as a true freshman. While splitting her time between the midfield and the back line, she took eight shots, six of which were on target, and helped the Idaho defense limit opponents to just 13.2 shots per game - the second-lowest average in school history. She earned her first career start on Aug. 23 at Seattle University. She attempted one penalty kick at SU, but didn't convert. She was honored as a Governor's Cup All-Tournament Team selection after helping lead Idaho to a 2-0 record and first Governor's Cup Tournament title since 1998.

High School/Club: San was a three-sport athlete for the Crusaders of Holy Cross Regional. In addition to soccer, she also played volleyball and basketball and was a team MVP for basketball. She was named to the British Columbia provincial team and captained the B.C. All-Star team. She also played for the WFC Coastal team, where she was honored as a conference all-star. In seven seasons with the SBAA Nitro Elite, she was a five-time team captain. She helped lead the Nitro to four league titles, two Coastal Cup titles and a pair of B.C. provincial titles, which qualified the team for the Canadian national tournament.


She is the daughter of Joseph and Rita San. She has three siblings, Devon, Dalton and Jamie. She was an Honour Roll student at Holy Cross. Her major at Idaho is Business.
