2008-09: Schoch took 14th and earned second-team all-WAC honors at the WAC Championships at New Mexico State with a time of 19:04.30 on the 5,000m course. She took 113th at the NCAA West Regional Championships at Stanford in the 6k with a time of 22:18.39.

High School: Schoch was a three-sport athlete at Kelowna Secondary, where she competed in cross country, track & field and basketball. She was a British Columbia provincial silver medalist in the 1500m and 3000m in 2007 and a bronze medalist in the 400m and 800m in 2006. She was selected to the B.C. provincial cross country team in 2007 and competed at the Canadian National Cross Country Championship, where she finished 25th. She earned a pair of third-place performances at the 2008 B.C. High School Track & Field Championships in the 1500m and 3,000m. She ran for the Kelowna Track & Field Club for five years.

Personal: Teegan is the daughter of Ron and Jill Schoch. She was born Jan. 25, 1990. She has one sister, Sasha. She was an honour roll student at Kelowna. She is undecided on a major.
