University of Idaho junior linebacker Robert Siavii (Leilehua High School, Wahaiwa, Hawai`i) was chosen the Western Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week and senior quarterback Nathan Enderle (North Platte [Neb.] High School) earned his second Manning Award Star of the Week recognition after the Vandals 33-13 victory at Western Michigan last Saturday.

Siavii was honored after recording nine tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, a half-sack, two pass breakups and a quarterback hurry as the Vandals subdued what had been one of the nation's top passing teams. His nine total tackles is a career best, while his four assists tie a career high. His two pass breakups also are a career high.

Enderle completed a career high 30 passes in totaling 380 yards and three touchdowns in the non-conference victory for Idaho.
