2012 Indoor: Britt had a standout junior season in the distance events … broke his own New Brunswick provincial record in the 3000m with a time of 8:07.02 at the Husky Classic on Feb. 11 … that time is the former Idaho school record in the event and ranks second in school history … earned First-Team All-WAC honors in a pair of events and scored 14 points at the WAC Indoor Championships … was the WAC runner-up in the 3000m with a time of 8:19.66 and took third in the 5000m at 14:41.86 to help lead the Vandal men to a WAC team title … set a career best in the mile run at the UW Open on Feb. 12 with a second-place time of 4:12.78.

2011 Cross Country: Britt earned First-Team All-WAC honors after finishing second overall at the WAC Championships with a time of 25:16.4 … took second overall with a time of 32:49 in the men’s 10k senior national race in the Canadian Cross Country Championships at Vancouver, B.C. … took 30th overall out of 172 runners with a time of 30:12 at the NCAA West Region Championships … Idaho’s top finisher at the Sundodger Invitational after placing third with a time of 24:14.36 … Idaho’s top finisher at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational after a 16th place finish, 15th among collegians, with a time of 24:21.5 … placed 11th with a time of 18:57.9 at the Inland Northwest Cross Country Classic to help the Vandals take second as a team … placed 17th overall at the Dellinger Invitational with a time of 24:11.8.

2011 Outdoor: Britt made history on multiple levels for Idaho as a junior in 2011 … became Idaho’s first male NCAA qualifier in the 5000m and finished 34th in the semifinal round at the NCAA West Preliminary with a time of 14:17.45 … the first Vandal man to claim double conference crowns in the 5,000m and 10,000m in the same season … ran a career-best 30:24.99 in the 10,000m at the WAC Championships to take his first crown, break the New Brunswick provincial record and move to fifth all-time at Idaho in the event – his first career collegiate 10k … followed up the next day with a 14:33.73 to win the 5000m title at the WAC meet … finished ninth in the 5000m at the Mt. SAC Relays with a career-best time of 14:08.90 that ranks second in Idaho history … earned Verizon WAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week on Apr. 19 … finished 12th and ran a career-best 3:51.51 in the 1500m at the Oregon Twilight on May 6.

2011 Indoor: Britt redshirted the 2011 indoor season while representing Canada at the North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Cross Country Championships and the IAAF World Cross Country Championships

2010 Cross Country: Britt represented Canada at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships, where he finished 98th ... placed fourth at the North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Cross Country Championships for Canada to help his home country take second as a team ... finished seventh at the Canadian Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:44.5 on the 10k course ... became the second Vandal to earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors after taking 24th at the NCAA West Region Championships with a 10k time of 30:38.17 ... earned first-team All-WAC honors after finishing sixth at the WAC Championships with a time of 24:45 on the 8k course ... posted a runner-up finish at the season-opening All-Idaho Cup with a time of 25:03.97 ... seventh overall finisher at the Charles Bowles Invitational with a 24:00.48, the fastest 8k time on record for Idaho cross country ... Idaho's top finisher and sixth overall at the Sundodger Invitational with a time of 24:12.58 ... finished 20th at the Dellinger Invitational with a time of 24:23.67 ... Idaho's first or second finisher in every race in 2010 ... Verizon WAC Athlete of the Week for the week of Sep. 29 - Oct. 5

2010 Outdoor: Britt earned a third career second-team all-WAC honor at the WAC Outdoor Championships with a fifth-place finish in the 5000m and a time of 14:49.48. His 14:30.39 in the event at the Oregon Relays was his fastest of the season and was the fourth-fastest time in the WAC. He also turned in a 3:59.81 in the 1500m at the Beach Invitational.

2010 Indoor: Britt earned a pair of second-team all-WAC honors at the WAC Indoor Championships after taking sixth in both the 3000m and 5000m runs. He ran an 8:37.88 in the 3000m and an indoor career-best 15:07.38 in the 5000m. At the Husky Last Chance Qualifier, he ran a career-best 8:24.27 in the 3000m. He also clocked a 4:18.65 in the mile run at the Vandal Collegiate.

Previous School: Britt competed for one season at Georgia State University. He finished 10th at the Colonial Athletic Association Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m with a time of 15:00.34 during the indoor season. He compiled season bests of 8:36.45 in the 3,000m and 4:20.94 in the mile run during the indoor season. During the 2008 cross country season, he took 20th at the CAA Championships and finished 54th at the NCAA South Regional.

High School: Britt was a five-sport letterwinner for Hampton High School. He competed in ice hockey, soccer, volleyball, cross country and track and field. He was named team MVP for cross country and track and field in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and was a five-time Canadian Legion National Track and Field medalist. He earned silver in the 5,000m at the 2007 Canadian Junior National Track and Field Championships and also represented Canada at the 2008 North American, Central American and Caribbean Cross Country Championships, where he finished eighth.

Personal: He is the son of Paul and Margaret Britt. He has two sisters, Zoe and Chelsea. His father was a speedskater who competed at the Canada Games and North American Championships. He is undecided on a major.
