2009-2010: Maria posted a 25-7 singles overall record in 2009-10 and an 18-5 record in the spring season, playing at the No. 1 and No. 2 spots the entire season. She earned second team all-WAC honors in singles, and first-team all- WAC honors in doubles with partner Gabriela Niculescu. In the fall Perevoshchikova went 6-3 in singles and 7-1 in doubles with Alexandra Ulesanu. She was a semifinalist at the Cougar Classic Tournament and a finalist in the Gonzaga/Eastern Washington Invite. Perevoshchikova and Ulesanu claimed the Gonzaga/Eastern Washington Invite doubles championship. She was named WAC player of the month for the month of September and WAC player of the week for the week of February 8-14 for going undefeated against University of the Pacific and Seattle University in singles and doubles.

2008-2009: Perevoshchikova had a very successful first season at Idaho, going 19-7 at the 1 position in singles.  Perevoshchikova paired with Daniela Cohen to go 9-9 during the spring season, also at the 1 position.

Previous School: Perevoschikova completed her freshman season at nationally ranked Kansas State University. She had a record of 18-12 in singles playing at the first, second and third spot for the Wildcats.

Junior Tennis: Perevoschikova was ranked No. 289 in doubles and No. 315 in singles while playing on the international circuit.

Personal: She is the daughter of Sergey and Elena. She was born April 14, 1988 at Izhevsk, Russia. He major at Idaho is General Studies
