2014 Outdoor: Siemens was a member of the 2014 Outdoor Western Athletic Conference Championship team…finished eighth in the 1500m at the meet in a time of 4:57.45…finished second in the 1500 at the CSULA Twilight with a time of 4:42.17…ran a career-best time in the 800m at the Cougar Invitational with a time of 2:17.72…also ran a career-best time in the 1500m at the OSU High Performance Meet with a time of 4:39.24. 

2014 Indoor: Siemens earned Second-Team All-WAC honors  for her sixth-place finish in the mile with a time of 5:07.76…also finished eighth in the 800m at the meet…and won the mile at the Cougar Indoor with a time of 5:12.59.

2013 Cross Country: In her first year as a Vandal Siemen was the seventh Idaho women across the line at the WAC Championships with a time of 19:10.30 over the 5K course finishing 22nd overall... helped aid the Vandal women in their fourth-consecutive WAC title...placed 23rd at the Clash of the Inland Northwest of the 4K course with a time of 15:11... finished 25th over the 6K course at the Sundodger Invitational with a time of 22:00... placed 54th at the Dellinger Invite over the 5K course with a time of 18:24... finished 147th overall at the NCAA West Region Championships with a time of 22:00 over the 6K course.

High School: Siemens was a team captain at W.J. Mouat Secondary…represented BC Athletics on both Track and Cross country teams over the past three years... became the first Grade 9 student to win the B.C. high school cross-country championship...

Personal: Is the daughter of Ross and Kelly Siemens...has one sister, Ashley…plans to study secondary education and physical education with aspirations of becoming a teacher and a coach.
